Air Receiver Tank
Pressure Vessel
The compressed air tank is one of the most important compressed air equipment. If you choose the right capacity of the tank, the length of the compressor’s rest time will be increased, and as a result, the service and maintenance costs will be reduced.
The air tank increases the life of the compressor and its internal parts by preventing repeated Stop and Start and with short intervals of the compressor. Also, by preventing pressure fluctuations, the compressed air tank keeps the air flow calm and keeps the pressure of the compressed air line constant to prevent sudden pressure drop when compressed air consumption.
Due to the contact of surface of the compressed air tanks with the environment, the temperature of the compressed air decreases and part of the moisture in the compressed air settles and discharged from drain.
The right capacity of the tank for each compressor should be care, because too small or too large tank can be harmful for any compressor.
