PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) is the most common and high-quality method of producing nitrogen gas, each generator contains 2 adsorption towers, which contain an adsorbent called Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS).

After passing through the Water Trap, Air Dryer and Microfilters, the Compressed Air is completely dried and filtered and enters the Nitrogen gas generator towers.

These generators have the ability to continuously produce nitrogen gas up to the maximum purity of 99.999%.

The purity percentage, amount and pressure of the produced gas can be seen by the analyzer, flowmeter and pressure sensor installed on the generator.
